Four teenagers were rushed to hospital after their allegedly stolen car collided with a truck.

Four teenagers in a suspected stolen car were rushed to hospital after a horrific accident with a truck.

Victoria Police said the car was traveling on Mahoneys Rd in Thomastown, 30 minutes north of Melbourne’s central business district, on Monday when it collided with the truck around 1 p.m.

The front of the car and the cab of the truck were seriously damaged in the crash.

The four boys inside the car, aged between 14 and 16, were taken to hospital under police guard while investigations continue.
