She said: ‘Menopause doesn’t help. You have a meni-belly around your stomach. Just past. It’s harder to stay in shape once you hit fifty.
“The problem is that it not only hits you physically, but also psychologically, mentally and emotionally, because you don’t feel good at all.
“I think most menopausal women are not very confident. You completely lose your mojo, it’s hard and again you have to work through all of that.
