Dr. Chris Brown is the surprising new superhero in the DC Universe lineup, voicing the guinea pig Mark in the animated DC League of Super-Pets.
The famed vet, 43, stars alongside wrestler Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and comedian Kevin Hart.
He announced the news on Sunday, uploading a promotional photo of himself in the recording studio to Instagram along with a picture of the cute animal he expresses.

“When you’re in possession of a substantial and potentially oversized jaw AND the DC movies contact you to voice a character in their new animated superhero movie, you’d be excused for thinking they’re getting some Superman vibes,” he said. he captioned the post.
‘But oh no. They knew the character I was born to play. So I’m delighted to voice the character of Mark… the Guinea Pig. But he is not just any general practitioner. His superpower from him? Fire.’
The film opened in theaters in the US on July 29 and was #1 at the box office for the weekend with $23 million in domestic earnings.

The DC League Of Super-Pets also grossed $18.4 million internationally, increasing its global gross to $41.4 million.
