Drinking green tea prolongs life

According to a study published in the Journal of Diabetes Research and Care in October, people with diabetes and those who drink green tea or coffee are more likely to live longer. This research has been done on 5000 people up to 5 years. Green tea is also said to be beneficial for those who do not have diabetes. Coffee and green tea plant compounds are good for the body.

Running is beneficial

The World Health Organization recommends running at least 75 minutes a week. Along with running, cycling, swimming and aerobics are also suggested. It is also recommended to jog for 35 minutes daily. According to a study published in the British Journal of Medicine, daily running is essential. Even a small amount of running saves people from the danger of death.

Some amount of dry food daily

According to a 2015 study published in the Oxford International Journal of Epidemiology, eating dry foods such as almonds, okra and pasta daily reduces the risk of death. According to this study, dry food is beneficial for cancer, stroke, respiratory and brain patients.

Vegetables are beneficial in food

According to the Journal of the American Heart Association, including plant-based foods in the diet can reduce the risk of cardiovascular death by 32 percent. According to Catherine D. McManus of Howard Medical School, a plant-based diet is not just about vegetables and fruits. It also includes oats, seeds, oils, whole grains, and beans.
