Dror Bikel, Judith’s attorney, told the Post it was “outrageous” that Giuliani didn’t show up in court and that he was grateful Katz ordered the defendant to be jailed if he didn’t pay.

Judith said it has been painful to watch her ex-husband fall from grace after being named “Mayor of the United States” for his leadership of New York City during the 9/11 terrorist attack.
