A man has died after a hit-and-run incident outside a suburban elementary school Friday morning.
Victoria Police set up a crime scene outside Kilberry Valley Primary School in Hampton Park, in the southeastern suburbs of Melbourne.
The incident is believed to have occurred on Warana Drive at Kilberry Boulevard.
