London Fashion Week paid its own tribute to Her Majesty The Queen on Sunday night when a host of stars attended Christopher Kane’s show on the eve of his state funeral.

Laura Carmichael, Daisy Lowe, Lara Stone and Jourdan Dunn attended as the Scottish designer unveiled his latest collection at the Camden Roundhouse, all paying tribute to our longest-serving monarch by wearing funeral black.

Leading the glamor on a subdued evening in the English capital, Downton Abbey star Laura, 36, opted for a chic black leather mini skirt paired with a statement sweater as she prepared to take a front row seat.

She added to the look with a pair of strappy black heels, while her hair was naturally styled with a simple side parting.

As the UK remains in a period of mourning for the Queen, who will be laid to rest on September 19, the actress appeared to be one of the few guests to opt for something other than the traditional black evening gown.

Elsewhere, Daisy Lowe, 33, opted for a sweeping black and matching suede gown for her latest public appearance, just days after confirming her engagement to boyfriend Jordan Saul.

She offset the look with a shimmering gold clutch bag, while a generous application of red lipstick gave an otherwise subdued ensemble an extra pop of color.

Joining the socialite, supermodel Lara Stone made her own concession to the Queen’s passing in a sequined black dress with sheer details.

The Dutch star, 38, completed her look with a pair of strappy black heels, while limited accessories – a recurring theme of the night – added to her somber tone.

One big difference: The actress seemed to be one of the few guests who opted for something other than the traditional black evening gown.
