Where Fear Comes From

So, just like we created it, we can also destroy it! We usually create fear in our minds by imagining “what ifs”. It’s inside your head that the fear exists in the first place.

It can be scary to try something new, such as a new exercise routine or starting your own business. We tend to imagine all the ways it could go wrong and focus on these imagined negative outcomes. However, just because we imagine these things happening, that doesn’t mean they will happen, or that they will be as painful as we think.
