One of her sisters wore a colorful patterned shirt with white jeans and another wore all black and a gray cardigan.

Mom was wearing a black t-shirt with glasses.

Cindy grew up in Illinois with her family and started modeling in high school before her career took off in her 20s.

Just before her post, Cindy said she had given up “hard workouts.”

The model has been candid about her journey with exercise and her diet over the years.

He admitted that he used to “bother” seeing Kate Moss, 47, eat fast food and smoke cigarettes and still be the same size, because if she overdid it and didn’t change her eating habits, the clothes she wore would not fit her. Models

Cindy told the March issue of Red magazine, of which she is the cover star, that: “I don’t like the word ‘diet’, but I still choose to eat right.”

“I was never one of the people who could eat what I wanted, even I used to get mad when Kate Moss was eating a burger and fries and smoking a cigarette!

‘When I moved to New York, I knew I was going to have to change the way I eat or I wouldn’t be able to wear my clothes, and by the way, the clothes were much larger than the sample sizes. now. But my way of exercising has changed.

The Fair Game star explained how after having children she relied on exercise to ‘energize’ her, and now the ‘goal’ is not to ‘injure’ herself by doing less rigorous routines.

She continued: ‘In my 20s, I was working out hard and plopping down on the sofa. Later, I had young children and realized that my workouts could no longer tire me out, they actually had to energize me. Now my goal is not to get hurt. So, I’ve added a lot more stretching and Pilates, and I don’t feel as compelled to do those hard workouts anymore.’

Cindy also talked about coming to terms with her “insecurities and flaws” as she gets older.

She said: “When you are young, you have the beauty and strength of youth, but you are very hard on yourself and you haven’t done the work inside yet.” As you get older, you find out who you are, but you think: ‘It’s not where it used to be!’ Maybe that’s the point: having insecurities and flaws is what makes us human.’

Her daughter Kaia landed the cover of Vogue in 2021 and inside said she appreciates how Crawford allows her to make “fashion mistakes”.

The model is happy that her mother allowed her to experiment with her wardrobe, as it helped her find her own style.

In a clip from Vogue’s ‘7 Days, 7 Looks’ series, she said: ‘The best style advice my mom ever gave me is less is more. She also let me make fashion mistakes, which I really appreciate. I think the biggest mistake I made was trying to dress up too much. When I was off duty, when I started modeling, I wore heels all the time and complete looks that lasted a season.

Now, Kaia realizes that she often chooses outfits similar to what Cindy wore in the ’90s, and when the teen sees a photo of her parents, she often mistakes it for herself. She said: ‘My mum always referenced very classic looks. So, I get it from her. She always gave me very basic pieces to have, to travel with that you can trade… Sometimes I see a picture of my mom and I think it’s me.

She said this happened recently: “I posted a picture in this Marc Jacobs plaid dress, and she texted me and was like, Kaia, I swear to God, I had that dress in the ’90s, and she told me He sent a photo, and it was exactly the same dress.
