Brazil secured the World Cup in Qatar six games ahead with a 1-0 victory over Colombia in the World Cup qualifier this morning.
Ten teams are participating in the South American selection of the World Cup. In the round-robin system, all will play 18 games under the Home and Away competition. Unbeaten Brazil has been selected with 34 points from 12 games.
Four teams from South America will play in the World Cup, while the fifth-ranked team will play in the Intercontinental Playoffs.
