Samsung is going to provide a feature that can track menstruation based on body temperature in its Galaxy Watch Five. The company is going to provide this feature in collaboration with the fertility app ‘Natural Cycles’.
This feature is said to be available in 32 countries in Europe, North America and Asia. The company says that this feature called ‘cycle tracking’ will help women know and understand their menstrual cycle.
Natural Cycles has been helping women track their temperature and menstrual cycles since 2018. According to the company, the app gives 93 percent accurate results and also helps prevent unwanted pregnancies.
This feature is now going to be added to Samsung’s smartwatch. Natural Cycles has already tested this feature on the ‘Ora Ring’ (temperature sensing ring). However, Samsung is going to use it for the first time in a smartwatch.
